IN OUR AREA, THE DROUGHT OF 2000 IS THE WORST IN LIVING MEMORY

We thought it was bad in '98, but we hadn't "seen nuttin' yet!"

At least we weren't suffacating in smoke for months as more than 1/2 BILLION acres burned
